This system, developed by George E. Adamy, combines a high-quality acrylic polymer additive, Polyadam II or PII, portland cement, sand, and glass scrim, an alkali-resistant, fiberglass reinforcing material that's compatible with cementitious products. The resulting structures are strong, lightweight, and weather resistant, and, unlike a resin-based fiberglass system, the materials are nontoxic.

Another attractive quality of this system is that it can be applied to virtually any surface. Its strength is derived from its unique combination of materials.
